2000 in Larchmont, NY. David Masliah, the owner of this cozy
French Bistro, is originally from Lyon, France. He chose Larchmont
because of the bustling downtown area and the absence of any
French restaurants. Larchmont is also home to a very large
French community. Encore offers a typical French Bistro
Menu for both lunch and dinner.
